Welcome to Tabulox

Tabulox is where the money side of running a services business lives — turning a lead into a signed deal, a signed deal into paid work, and paid work into cash in your bank account, without switching between five different tools to do it.

This guide walks through every page in the app: what it's for, what each piece of the screen means, and how to actually use it day to day.

Tip

New here? Start with Dashboard — it's the page you'll land on every day, and it links out to almost everything else.

How the pieces fit together

Tabulox follows the natural shape of client work, left to right across the sidebar:

  1. Sales

An Opportunity comes in (a lead). You turn it into a Quote, then either send the quote directly or wrap it in a Proposal for a richer, branded pitch. Once the client agrees, you can formalize the relationship with a Contract.

  2. Billing

Work becomes an Invoice — either created directly or converted from an accepted quote/proposal. Receivables is your single view of everything outstanding across every invoice. Once a client pays via Stripe, the money shows up in Payouts on its way to your bank.

  3. Work

Clients holds every contact, address, and document tied to a business you work with. Projects tracks delivery once a deal closes. Bookings lets clients put time on your calendar directly.

Everything above is scoped to one account (your business/workspace) — switchable from the account picker at the top of the sidebar if you belong to more than one.
