Does Tabulox take a cut of my invoice payments?
Yes, a small one: a flat 0.3% on every payment, on every plan, whether your client pays by card or ACH. That's on top of Stripe's own processing rate (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH) — Tabulox's cut is well below what most competitors build into their processing fees. Money still settles directly into your own Stripe account; Tabulox never holds or delays your funds.
What happens during the 14-day free trial?
You get full access to the Tabulox AI plan for 14 days, including 20 trial AI credits. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account is paused (not deleted) — your data is kept and everything picks back up if you subscribe later.
Can I change plans or add seats later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your billing interval at any time from your billing settings — changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, every plan can be billed monthly or annually. Paying annually saves about 2 months compared to paying monthly.
How do Tabulox AI credits work?
AI plans include a monthly credit allowance. Simple questions and basic drafts generally use one credit; more involved proposal and contract generation may use additional credits. Credits reset each billing period, and Tabulox always shows usage before you run out.
